Hay Is For Horses

You have a farm, a horse, and a dream.  Hay is For Horses (HIFH) is a horse raising, training, and breeding management sim that strips down horse games to their numbers. Horses have skills you can improve and use to compete in barrel racing competitions. As your horse trains and competes they will rack up money which you can use to purchase nicer horses or pay to breed nicer horses. 

The game is technically complete, but there are plans for more modules. Genetics, more competition types, and resource management modules are all planned for the game. However, the game is still playable in this state. You may train your horse, compete, buy and sell horses, and breed your horses.

To play this game, you will need at minimum;

• A 4-sided die, a 6-sided die, an 8-sided die, a 10-sided die, a 12-sided die, a 20-sided die
• Math skills or a calculator
• Paper, pencil, and an eraser - or the digital equivalent.

Included in the files is the main HIFH file, and a 'tool' that you can use to help track your horse's progress. There is also a randomized horse generator inside the HIFH Tool, should that feature be something that interest you.
